THIS JUST IN COURTESY OF Bowery Boogie…..THE ANNUAL EGG ROLL AND EGG CREAM FESTIVAL IS BACK!!
Chinese and Jewish traditions will again mingle later this spring during the eleventh annual Egg Rolls & Egg Creams Festival at the foot of Eldridge Street, between Canal and Division on Sunday, June 12.
The Egg Rolls & Egg Creams block party is organized by the Eldridge Street Synagogue, as usual, and will feature a melting pot of entertainment for all ages. Everything from Chinese opera singers and Klezmer music to language lessons and Mah Jongg.

About The Author
A fierce love of food and twin careers in real estate and fashion taught Rose to look for the hottest item and the hottest deal. Perfect attributes for creating Cheapeatsinc.com. When friends and clients needed a great meal at a great price, she could rattle off restaurant names the way a sports nut ticks off batting averages—but with a lot more home runs. Now it’s all at Cheapeats, where you’ll find “Happiness, $25 and under.”
