For the past 18 years, Awash Ethiopian has offered unique tastes for those New Yorkers looking to enhance their world palate.  

Bringing a mix of delicious Ethiopian dishes and cultural traditions, you may not find silverware on their tables but in its place, a bounty of rich flavors and carefully prepared cuisine.

Their offerings, served on handsome white platters, is a lovely mixture of tender meats, fresh vegetables, bold sauces and stews which they think is best enjoyed in a shared or “family-style” dining experience. Awash offers 100% vegan as well as gluten-free options.

On Wednesday, December 18th from 4pm-6pm Awash will be giving away FREE samples of the following traditional dishes (at their Brooklyn location ONLY):

Special Tibs (Beef cubes sautéed with onions, garlic, ginger, jalapenos and awaze) 

Yebeg Wat (Succulent lamb stew seasoned with garlic, onions, and berbere sauce) 

Veggie Combo (Choice of five of our scrumptious combos)
