Meeting for drinks after work, is one of my favorite past times. Relaxing with friends, catching up on the latest gossip and enjoying a tasty cocktail.

But these days, it’s hard to find a spot that won’t break the bank. Or is it?

Pampano has opened a new street level lounge and bar, that serves up the most tempting cocktails and nibbles.

We were honored to attend a tasting event, courtesy of Gail PR.

The bar is warm and cozy and the bartenders are friendly and helpful. I glanced over the specialty cocktail menu and chose a Strawberry Margarita. Sweet and salty with just enough kick. YUM!!

As the evening progressed, we sampled an assortment of nibbles.

Tacos, guacamole, salsa, chips, paella, ceviche and delectable desserts. It was LOVE at first bite.

But wait, there’s more.

Zengo – features a Happy Hour Menu from 5-7pm. Fancy a specialty cocktail? Beer? Wine? Sangria? They have it all and $5 nibbles.

Maya – Their Cocktail Menu features wines, beers and margaritas that cap at $6 and runs Monday – Sunday from 5-8pm.

La Biblioteca – Every Tuesday at 5pm, you can meet the makers of some of your favorite and soon to be favorites Tequila. Cost $15.
