So Cheapeats decided to put this tumbler to the test. After an afternoon of bike riding, we decided to make a smoothie and what’s more perfect than our Tervis Tumbler. Out came the blender and away we go. Almond milk, frozen banana, flax seeds, tbsp of peanut butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Whiz away and before you know it, you have a delcious and healthy smoothie.

“Why the frozen the bananas?” Over ripe bananas aren’t our thing, so when they start getting too brown, pop them in the freezer. They’ll make your smoothies or shakes rich, thick and frothy. A great substitution for ice and much more flavorful.

Did our smoothie stay cold? For sure. Mom’s a must buy for the kids.
