The Real Street Food Festival at Vintage will bring together the very best of a new generation of authentic vendors to Southbank Centre. Trading out of converted Citroën H Vans, horse boxes and ice-cream vans and serving up some of the very best quality, sustainable, local, seasonal and occasional foraged foods these quirky vendors are reinventing and challenging preconceptions about the limits and standard of street food and are a vibrant expression of the creative spirit of Vintage.
Some of the featured vendors are:
Anna Mae’s Smokehouse
Creperie Nicolas
Bean Around Town
Churros Garcia
Gujarati Rasoi
Jamon Jamon
Squid & Pear
Jaz & Jul’s
Wholefood Heaven
Bhangra Burger
Arabica Food & Spice
Street Kitchen
The Flying Ducks
Thoroughly Wild Meat Co
Polish Deli
Taco Truck

About The Author
A fierce love of food and twin careers in real estate and fashion taught Rose to look for the hottest item and the hottest deal. Perfect attributes for creating Cheapeatsinc.com. When friends and clients needed a great meal at a great price, she could rattle off restaurant names the way a sports nut ticks off batting averages—but with a lot more home runs. Now it’s all at Cheapeats, where you’ll find “Happiness, $25 and under.”
