Ever have one of those days when you’re running from meeting to meeting?  When all of a sudden a shooting pain flies across your head and your stomach growls to say…. “I’M HUNGRY.”  Sound familiar? Sometimes we need something quick but can’t it taste good too? Yes it can!

If you remember, I said Food Trucks aren’t my thing.  But yet again, I found another great one.  Wafels & Dinges offers fantastic Belgium Waffles with assorted dinges (toppings).

I went for the basic Brussels Wafel with a dusting of powder sugar.  You can get 1 dinges for free but honestly, they don’t need it. Light and crispy on the outside . Warm and  fluffy on the inside. The server wrapped it up in parchment paper and off I went nibbling on this tasty treat that was just enough to hold me over to lunch.

I caught them right by Madison Square Park but they travel around the city. Phone 866-429-7329 to find their current location.

For a brief moment, I thought I was back in Brussels. For $5…I was.
