The Cheap Eateries Are Growing

dumplingsUpper Eastside eatery Philippe Chow, is now bringing his high end Chinese cuisine to the people with his latest addition…Philippe Chow Express.   With outposts in Miami, Mexico City and East Hampton, Philippe is where the Martha Stewart’s and the Housewives of New York City dine. (Remember Bethany wanting to poke out Jill’s eye with a chopstick?)

I’m glad to see they realized that not everyone can afford a $10 bowl of wonton soup. Just because we can’t afford it doesn’t mean we don’t crave fine dining.

The express version offers their tasty delights such as Salt & Pepper Prawns, Velvet Chicken and Filet Mignon with Broccoli. All at a fraction of the price. They also offer a great $14.99 lunch special which includes an appetizer and entree.

On behalf of all Cheapeaters…Thank you Philippe.

Happiness, $25 and under.
