Guys, this is for you. Ever want to ask that special someone out on a date but was a little strapped for cash? Then listen up… Chef 28, which is one of my favorite Chinese take-out restaurant, is offering “Dinner for Two” menus for $48. That’s $24 a piece, you do the math.
You’re thinking; Chinese take-out restaurant? Are you kidding me? No, I’m not. When you step down into this spot, you’ll find a dark setting with low lights and a sleek design. Almost like a Asian cavern. The long dark wooden bar is pretty busy with the after work and neighborhood crowd. For those people watchers, you can gaze out to the street from their large picture windows and watch passers by.

This place is around the block from my job, the food is really really good & so are the drinks! The place almost has a club vibe to it, dark & sparse. Although I’ve only been there for lunch, I would definitely recommend it for dinner as well.
They serve Japanese food as well, which is also delish!
